Electronic controllers for 2-4 pipe fan-coils. AXCU22/W is an electronic controller for 2-4 pipe fan-coils. It can control the fan and valves which regulate water flow and can also control a battery of electric heaters for winter operation. It is available in a wall-mounting version very easy to be installed and wired.

A knob on the panel is used to adjust the set point, and two slider switches are used to set:
a) the mode on/off
b) the fan speed (low/medium/high)

In all cases, automatic control of the three fan speeds based on the offset between the ambient temperature and theset point. Moreover AXCU22/WMB allows network connectivity: through serial TTL connection in fact it is possible to get an interface with RS485 network using the proper converter module TTL-RS 485 (AXCU/BA() directly on a PC or PLC. DG8000 controllers are used for 3-speed fan-coils, 2 or 4-pipe, with On/Off valve (DG8001) and floating proportional valve (DG8000), especially suitable for hotel rooms, hospitals and offices. TX is P, PD, PID temperature controllers. A series of alphanumeric parameters allows configuring the device according to the required application. Soft-start function is available. The controller can be used with PT100 sensors series SPTX-U(wire probes) and TPC/SPC (probes with stick enclosed). 24 Vac or 230 Vac power supply with a isolating transformer.

CX500
CX 500 controllers can be used in industrial plants to control air, gas and liquid temperature in ducts, pipes, tanks etc. Electronic controllers with integrated circuit, with proportional action (P) or proportional + integral + derivative (PID) changeable on field. CX528 is equipped with knob for set point adjustment. The controller is designed to work with SB.. sensors whose sensing element is Balco 1000 Ohm at 21.1 °C.

Globe valves actuator for application in heating and cooling system.
MVB actuators are equipped with a reversing synchronous motor and an electronic board available in three different models respectively for floating control, proportional control (potentiometric) and proportional control (voltage or current). MVB actuators are available with timing of 30 s, 60 s and 370 s.Due to their versatility MVB actuators can be mounted both on “Controlli” globe valves up to VSB/VMB DN 2” as well as on different manufacturer valves, having stroke from 10.8 to 20 mm. All models are equipped with a manual override device.

The MVE is a flexible electro-mechanical actuator for the control of two and three way globe valves in: Heating and Cooling systems, Air handling units, District Heating plants, Industrial Temperature Control systems. The MVE can be controlled either by a proportional (modulating) signal or by an increase/decrease (Floating) signal simply changing switch settings on the field. It is designed for an easy installation to any CONTROLLI flanged valve. Linkage kits are available for threaded valves as well as for valves of other manufacturers.

The Actuator has a fine resolution (500 steps on the full stroke range) for a very accurate fluid control and it is able to self-calibrate on a different stroke without the need of any user action. A Plug&Play function is available as well calibrating the actuator on the valve at the very first power-on only. The MVE implements an smart control algorithm with self diagnostic and alarm functionality in case of unexpected operation, feedback of alarms to the user is provided by LEDs (Green and Red) on the control board.

MVE is available with standard yoke and with a compact yoke for applications where compact dimensions are required and each version can be available with close-off force 600 N, 1000 N and 1500 N. Electronic Fail Safe function are available on models MVE506R-MVE506SR and on MVE206R-MVE206SR.

MVT actuator is designed for proportional control applications of two/four-pipe fan-coil units or of small air handling unit on the post heating coils and de-humidification coils where dimension requirements are very important. MVT allows an easy installation on control valve with by an M30x1.5 ring and is designed to deliver a close off force of 200 N. Direct mounting is possible with CONTROLLI valves for Fan coil application V.XT as well as with CONTROLLI globe valves V.BT for AHU application and with pressure balanced plugs valves 2TG..B for high close-off applications (up to 10 bar).

Compact dimensions suitable to valves with hot or cool water used in a variety of applications including FCUs, AHUs, zone control systems, solar plants, small heating and cooling plants, small reheating and dehumidification coils.Force is 300N i.e. it provides 50% more force than standard MVT actuators that means higher close-off performances. It is easy to fit the actuator on Controlli valves. Further more, thanks to self-stroking feature and 17mm long stroke, these new MVT 300N actuators can be used to retrofit actuators from other manufacturers, for example actuators for MZX, VZX, MEU, FEU, VEU Satchwell valves. Additionally, they can be used to motorize a number of PICVs available in the market. . MVT 300N actuators can be controlled by either proportional (modulating) signals or by an increase/decrease (floating) signal.On all models, PC Board is equipped with two micro-switches detecting the complete open and complete closed positions.

Pressure independent control valves. VSX..PB/VSXT..PB pressure independent balancing & control valves can be used in heating and cooling systems in applications with Fan Coil Units, Chilled Beams or other terminal units applications. VSX..PB/VSXT..PB valves provide modulating control with full authority regardless of any fluctuations in the differential pressure of the system. VSX..PB/VSXT..PB valves combine an externally adjustable automatic balancing valve, a differential pressure control valve and a full authority modulating control valve. VSX..PB/VSXT..PB valves make it simple to achieve 100% control of the water flow in the building, while creating high comfort and energy savings at the same time. An additional benefit is that no balancing is required if further stages are added to the system, or if the dimensioned capacity is changed. Energy saving is due to optimal control, lower flow and pump pressure. Maximized ΔT is due to faster response and increased system stability.

Pressure Independent Control Valves are used to solve the problem of hydraulic unbalance in heating and air conditioning systems. In two way valves systems with variable speed pumps all the control valves are influencing each other because one valve opening or closing is changing the differential pressure occurring across all the other valves. PICVs allow a real flow control regardless of the differential pressure actually occurring across the valve and therefore they have a 100% authority over the complete hydraulic system .PICVs are available with different connections (e.g. threaded or flanged) and there are characterized by the maximum flow they are able to control in a specific differential pressure range

Micra® valves are employed for the control of chilled and heated water in heating and air-conditioning plants; they are motorized by MVX and MCA electro-thermal actuators. Micra valves extremely reduced dimensions enable an easymounting on terminal unit coils. The new patented design makes Micra® valves the most compact on the market so that they allow an easy installation on terminal units. They have a PN16 brass body and double OR ring in EDPM; Micra® are valves with tight close-off on both direct and angleway; temeprature frange for fluids is 5T95°C.

Two way valves 2TBB and three way valves 3TBB with bronze body can be used either for fluid control or detection in domestic hot water, air-conditioning, the room ventilation and heating plants, both environmental and industrial, and in machines for product thermal process. Three-way valves should be used only as mixing valves; angle way should never be used for control purposes. 2TBB are globe valves equal percentage characterized, the valve is closed when plug is lifted. 3TBB valves have a parabolic plug with modified characteristic; if the plug is back the direct way is open. The angle way has a linear characteristic. It guarantees an excellent operation both as mixing as well as diverter valve. These valves can be motorized by MVH and MVE actuators.

Two way valves 2TGB.F and three way valve 3TGB.F with cast iron body and brass plug can be motorized by MVE actuators. These valves can be used either for control or fluid detection in air-conditioning, the room ventilation and heating plants, both environmental and industrial, and in machines for product thermal process. Three-way valves should be used only as mixing valves; angle way should never be used for control purposes. The valve body is made of grey cast iron (EN1561 GJL-250). The plug is in brass (EN12164 CW614N) with equal-percentage profile on direct way and linear on angle way.

2 way cast iron valve body and stainless steel plug. 2FGA valves are used to control fluids belonging to the group 2 (water, overheated water, steam) according to article 9 of 97/23/CE directive (PED) in air-conditioning, the room ventilation and heating plants and in industrial processes; therefore, they cannot be employed as safety valves. Two-way VSB.F and three-way VMB.F valves can be used either for control or fluid detection in air-conditioning, the room ventilation and heating plants, both environmental and industrial, in machines for product thermal process. Three-way valves should be used only as mixing valves; angle way should never be used for control purposes. The valve body is in G25 cast iron (only DN15 valves have brass body and fitting). The plug is in brass with Contoured-type profile on direct way and V-port on angle way. VSB.F and VMB.F are controlled by CONTROLLI MVB, MVH, MVH56FA/C, MVE actuators.

3 way valve with spheroidal cast iron body and stainless steel internal parts. PN25 flanged 3FSA.S valves are used to control fluids belonging to the group 1 (water, overheated water, steam, diathermic oil) in accordance to article 9 of 97/23/CE (PED) directive, in air-conditioning, thermoventilation and heating plants and in industrial processes; therefore, they cannot be used as safety valves. They consist in a 3-way valve body to be assembled on electrical bidirectional actuator. They can be motorized with Controlli MVH, MVHA/C and MVE series actuators.

3 way valve with spheroidal cast iron body and stainless steel internal parts. 3FSA series valves are used to control fluids belonging to the group 2 (water, overheated water, steam) in accordance to article 9 of 97/23/CE (PED) directive, in air-conditioning, thermoventilation and heating plants and in industrial processes; therefore, they cannot be used as safety valves. They consist in a 3-way valve body to be assembled on electrical bidirectional actuator. These valves can be motorized by Controlli actuators MVH and MVE series.

2 way flanged valve with nodular iron valve body and stainless steel trims. 2FSA valves are used to control fluid in air-conditioning, the room ventilation and heating plants and in industrial processes; therefore, they cannot be employed as safety valves. They can be employed to control fluids belonging to groups 2 according to the article 9 of 97/23/CE directive (PED). Temperature range is -10°C - 230°C and size from DN25 up to DN65 are available. 2FSA valves are designed for a direct installation with MVE and MVH actuators.

2 way valve DN150 with cast iron body and stainless steel internal parts. 2F.A.B series double seat valves are used to control fluids belonging to group 2 according to the article 9 of 97/23/CE (PED) directive in air-conditioning, the room ventilation and heating plants and in industrial process thermal machines; therefore, they cannot be used as safety valves. Group 2 regards water, overheated water, steam. They consist in a two-way double seat valve body to be assembled on bidirectional electrical actuator. They can be motorized by MVH and MVE series actuators.

VFA series butterfly motorized valves are used in heating, refrigerating, hydraulic plants for fluids belonging to group 2 according to the article 9 of 97/23/CE directive (PED), therefore, they cannot be used as safety valves. Group 2 regards water, overheated water, steam. In particular, when actuated by MDA2./5., they can be employed in boiler sequence programming systems. They consist of valve body, linkage kit for MDA2./5. Actuator assembly, Manual knob with position indicator. If the valve has to be mounted on other manufacturer actuators, it is advisable to realize a specific linkage.
